Elastic report data

Hello all,

I have a question regarding Elastic reports. One of our clients was using an old report to monitor the comments made in product requests. There doesn't seem to be a way to see the same data with Elastic reports from what I've seen. Is this data available anywhere in the reports or elsewhere?

Currently the comment from the request (or approval) isn't available in the Elastic reports.
